The objective of the SAPR Program is to prevent sexual assaults within the Nebraska National Guard through increased education of all soldier and airmen and to protect the rights and dignity of victims. The Nebraska National Guard leadership is committed preventing or eradicating this activity within the organization. Sexual assault is a crime, demeans the value of others, and erodes the basic foundation of trust so vital to the success of every military mission.
