Military=20 Requirements:  CW4=20 5 years TIG and Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course completion = required=20 for position consideration. =20 Designated assignment for this position is 011AO.

General=20 Requirements:

Summary=20 of Duties:=20 Performs duties related to warrant officer education, management, = recruiting and=20 career enhancement including equal opportunity, morale, welfare, = discipline,=20 performance, training, awards and recognition.  Formulates and executes the = policies and=20 procedures which direct how warrant officers of the ARNG are appointed,=20 assigned, evaluated, trained, promoted and separated. Reviews = regulations and=20 directives from DA, NGB and other higher headquarters and prepares local = implementation directives.  = Ensures=20 proper assignments are matched with individual potential. Provides = management=20 assistance and advice on appropriate warrant officer personnel actions = and=20 assists Joint Services in development and standardization of warrant = officer=20 issues. Ensures integration of all areas of warrant officer = expertise.  Plans and coordinates the = staffing of=20 warrant officer positions with State JFHQ, MSC, and other field = commands.=20 Coordinates with HRO and MILPO on personnel matters affecting = technician/AGR=20 warrant officers.  Directs = the=20 maintenance of career management records used in controlling progression = of the=20 ARNG warrant officer.  = Guides=20 individual warrant officers in meeting their career objectives.  Coordinates with State CSM and = R&R=20 Office plans for developing recruiting programs to support strength and = depth of=20 warrant officer personnel in the State force structure.  Coordinates closely with = CCWO-ARNG,=20 other State CCWO=92s, USAR CCWO=92s, NGB, Joint Services and Army = offices of=20 proponent responsibility.  = Serves as=20 the principle advisor, counselor, and mentor for all other senior = warrant=20 officers.  Serves as the = principle=20 advisor, counselor, and mentor for all other senior warrant officers.=20 Responsible for developing and implementing a sustaining sponsorship and = mentorship program for warrant officer candidates and junior warrant = officers,=20 that is exportable to all subordinate commands.  Provides guidance to other = Joint Service=20 warrant officers ensuring continuity within all areas of warrant officer = experience.  Establishes = and=20 provides oversight of a State Warrant Officer Advisory Council to assist = in the=20 resolution of issues and initiatives that affect warrant officer career=20 development, policy, morale, utilization, and professional development = in=20 support of the State mission. =20 Advise, coordinate and assist the ARNG Warrant Officer Selection = and=20 Promotion Boards and is a member on the Command Promotion, Retention and = Federal=20 Recognition Boards that address warrant officer actions.  Accompanies the Adjutant = General, and=20 other Senior JFHQ Staff members as appropriate, on visits to = organizations,=20 units, facilities and activities of State ARNG personnel. Participates = and/or=20 represents The Adjutant General as appropriate in ceremonies, formal=20 presentations, or other command directed events.  Also serves as the senior = representative=20 of the State=92s Warrant Officer Corps on the Joint Staff.  Also serves as the Internal = Control=20 Administrator (ICA) for the Adjutant General IAW AR 11-2, Managers = Internal=20 Control Program.

1.=20 Certified copy of DA Form 2-1.

      2. Five = latest=20 OER=92s.  A letter of = recommendation=20 or performance evaluation must be submitted on soldiers not requiring an = OER.=20

      3.  Copy of DA Form 705, Army = Physical=20 Fitness Test Scorecard, listing last four APFT = scores.

      4.  Statement of all active duty = performed=20 (DD Form 214, NGB Form 22, NGB Form 23, or any other forms that show = active duty=20 service).  =

      5.  Semi-annual weigh-in=20 form

 

Statement=20 of all Active Duty performed IS NOT REQUIRED FOR AGR=20 PERSONNEL.

 

Applicants=20 will review the qualifications for the award of this MOS in Department = of the=20 Army Pamphlet (DA PAM 611-21).  Failure to review these = qualifications=20 may result in the applicant not being eligible for this=20 position.
